An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Satellite in the Sky, the 1956 Paul Dickson English military science fiction (sci-fi) outer space thriller ("First Big Story of the Satellite in the Sky"; "Tumbling in their own orbits around the sun! Five men and a girl - marooned in outer space!"; "The never-told story of life on the roof of the Earth!"; "First time! The fabulous underground satellite-launching 'city'!"; "First time! Electronic brain! Their only contact with earth!"; "First Time! The secrets of the new multi stage rockets!"; "The screen's big drama of the giant satellite that could rule the world!") starring Kieron Moore, Lois Maxwell, Donald Wolfit, Bryan Forbes, Jimmy Hanley, and Thea Gregory NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So it is an original still from 1956, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good to very good. There are creases and tiny tears across the top edge of the still, and a lesser amount in other parts of the borders. There are some faint creases and scuffs scattered throughout, but they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. Learn More about condition grades
