Biggers", creator of Charlie Chan) starring Lucile Fairbanks, Douglas Kennedy (billed as "Keith Douglas"), Paul Cavanagh, Richard Ainley, and Marjorie Gateson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had minor wear on the folds. There was a 5" tear in the upper left border extending into the background below the first "E" of "EXPLOSIVE". There were many smaller tears in the left and right borders. There were some scuffs scattered in the linen surface and the entire insert has darkened somewhat (typical of Warner Bros. linen posters of this period). Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
