Terror seizes city!"; "All New Thrills! Shock! Suspense!"; "Monster Escapes!"; "City flees in Terror!"; "Here at last! New thrill wonder 3-D Horrorscope!") starring John Agar, Lori Nelson, John Bromfield, Nester Paiva, Ricou Browning (who played the Gill Man underwater), Tom Hennesy (who played the Gill Man on land), Clint Eastwood (in his big screen [speaking] debut in a bit part as a lab assistant), Brett Halsey, and Flippy the Porpoise. Note that this movie was released in 3-D, but most first release U.S. posters don't bother to mention that (perhaps because the 3-D craze was dying down). The poster had an extra middle foldline 1/2" above the regular middle fold, with minor wear on the foldlines. There were some pinholes and small tears down the left and right borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer paid less attention to the defects in the left and right blank borders, likely rightfully assuming that they will not show when the poster is framed.
