The Phantom of the West, the 1930 D. Ross Lederman cowboy western serial ("An All-Talking Serial in 10 Thrilling Chapters"; written by Ford Beebe) starring Tom Tyler, ("with a great supporting cast including") William Desmond, Tom Santschi, Dorothy Gulliver, Joe Bonomo (famous strong man who vied with Charles Atlas for the "Most Perfect Man", he appeared in 32 movies, but like Atlas, his primary business was selling books and pamphlets telling how to acquire a body like his!), Tom Dugan, "and others"

Important Added Info: Note that we have only once before auctioned a single lobby card from chapter 1 of this serial (which is a different example of the card pictured at bottom) but never before the card pictured at top!

Condition: good to very good. The card pictured at bottom has darkening in part of the blank borders and scuffing at the end of the title and is in "very good" condition. The card with Tyler punching had many stains scattered throughout and tears and paper loss in the top border with wear in the other three borders. It was in "fair" condition and is now in "good" condition.
