Important Added Info: Note that this is a special 33 1/3 RPM record sent by MGM to radio stations or theaters. It is a record on one side only and it contains four "radio spots" (two 30 seconds long, and two 60 seconds long). It is in its original sleeve and between the two original pieces of corrugated board and in the original mailing envelope that it was sent in (it was sent from MGM in Memphis to the "Varsity Theater" in Texas).

Condition: very good. The record is in nice condition. The packaging was torn open and it has some stains and the original MGM mailing label has come loose.
