Radio Returns of the Louis-Schmeling Fight, the 1938 sports boxing radio poster ("Whoever is your favorite... you'll find Martin's V.V.O. Blended Scotch Whiskey is a favorite at this bar! All 10 years old - 88 proof ") promoting a radio-broadcasted boxing match between American Joe Louis and German Max Schmeling and featuring a cartoon of a punch-drunk boxer on the ropes by Otto Soglow. The Louis-Schmeling fight is believed to have the largest radio audience in history.
