And every woman wants."; a semi-re-make of the Jean-Luc Goddard French classic A Bout de Souffle that starred Jean-Paul Belmondo and Jean Seberg) starring Richard Gere, Valerie Kaprisky, Art Metrano, John P. Ryan, and William Tepper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: C.W. Taylor Important Added Info: Note that poster was originally one-third of a 1-stop poster. One-stop posters measure 41" x 77" and have two "one-sheet" images with a set of 8 "lobby card" images between them. Often, one of the two one-sheet images is either a very rare style, or an image that does not appear on any other poster! Sometimes collectors will cut off the rare "one-sheet" section, so that they could have that rare image together with their one-sheet collection, and that is what this collector did (he trimmed off that section and it now measures 26 1/4" x 41" [67 x 104 cm]). Note that this is one of 188 folded one-sheets in this Part IV of eMoviePoster.com's December Major Auction that were consigned to us by legendary French dealer/collector Dominique Besson (we auctioned 993 of his folded one-sheets in Part I of this auction, and we auctioned his 113 unfolded one-sheets in Part III, and now we are auctioning his final 188 folded one-sheets in this Part IV). Dominique Besson started collecting movie posters in 1981, and became a dealer in French and European posters in 1994, and has remained as a top dealer ever since! But in addition, 30 years ago, Dominique began collecting U.S. one-sheets, first those with Saul Bass art, and then adding Alfred Hitchcock posters, then Humphrey Bogart, and he finally ended up collecting in an amazing total of 47 different categories, purchasing the posters from all over the world!
