Sarafian revenge-and-survival cowboy western adventure thriller ("They just couldn't find the time to bury him. They should have."; "He's dead, they thought. He's dead, they hoped."; "He was left for dead. He would not forget."; "Written by Jack de Witt"; based on a true story about a man who is attacked by a bear and left for dead by his companions but who manages to survive and then seeks revenge) starring Richard Harris (in the title role as Zachary Bass), John Huston ("as Captain Henry"), Henry Wilcoxon, Percy Herbert, Dennis Waterman, John Bindon, and Ben Carruthers. Note that this movie was based on the same true-life story as the 2015 film, The Revenant NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that they WERE printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So they are original stills from 1977, but they were printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good to fine. The large group of stills is in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
