That ought to shake up the place pretty good. Not many freaky cops like Bullitt around. You look at the Italian shoes and the turtleneck and you have to wonder. You listen to the official beefs about 'personal misconduct,' 'disruptive influence,' you figure he's got to be up for trade. But when some rare Chicago blood starts spilling in San Francisco, they give Bullitt the mop. They weren't exactly doing him a favor. But they've done a great big one for you."; "Detective Lt. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster had small paper loss at the top crossfold. There was a 1" semi-circular tear in the left of the middle foldline in the center of McQueen's chest. There were pinholes in the corners. The top 3" of the poster was folded back at one time. There were smudges in the solid white areas around the edges of the poster. The poster was well linenbacked, but you can see slight signs of the restoration in the white background areas. Learn More about condition grades
