Artist: Renato Casaro Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of four of the pages of this 12-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and two of the interior pages together). You can see the four of the 12 pages, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are 8 pages you are not seeing.
