Calling Dr. Gillespie, the 1942 Harold S. Bucquet hospital medical doctor crime murder mystery thriller ("A NEW chapter in America's best-loved series!") starring Lionel Barrymore (in the title role as Dr. Leonard Gillespie), Philip Dorn, Donna Reed, Phil Brown, Nat Pendleton, Alma Kruger, and Mary Nash. Note that the Dr. Kildare movies were made between 1938 and 1947, but that Lew Ayres left the series in 1942, and six more films were made WITHOUT Dr. Kildare, but WITH Dr. Gillespie (played as always by Lionel Barrymore), who became top billed in those six movies, and of course, they could not be official "Dr. Kildare movies", because the lead character was no longer at the hospital.

Condition: good to very good. Two have a small tear at upper right that has been repaired with tape from the back. The title card has a tear with tiny paper loss at upper left (partially repaired with tape from the back) and there are some scuff marks at top with some slight discoloration. The other cards have some more minor edge defects but are otherwise in pretty nice condition.
