An Original Vintage Movie Souvenir Program Book (measures 9" x 12" [23 x 30 cm]; 20 pages) (Learn More) Ian Fleming's Goldfinger, the classic 1964 Guy Hamilton English James Bond 007 spy espionage fantasy action adventure thriller ("James Bond is back in action!"; "Everything he touches turns to excitement!!!"; based on the novels by Ian Fleming) starring Sean Connery ("as Agent 007"), Honor Blackman ("as Pussy Galore"), Gert Frobe (in the title role; billed as "Gert Frobe as Goldfinger"), Harold Sakata (as "Oddjob"), Shirley Eaton (as Jill Masterson, the woman covered in gold paint in the film), Tania Mallet (as Tilly Masterson), Bernard Lee (as "M"), Margaret Nolan (as the girl who provides the background for the main titles, the "nude gold girl" on posters, and also as "Dink", one of the Bond girls!), Nadja Regin, Gerry Duggan, Lois Maxwell (as Moneypenny), Richard Vernon, and Cec Linder NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this souvenir program book! We don't know for sure how it was distributed, because there is no price tag anywhere on it, and the publishing information on the back says it was published by Program Publishing Company of New York City. That would make it seem likely it is a program, especially because we have seen a program from Thunderball that was published by the same company, and on that one, there is a note on the last interior page that says "Additional copies of this Souvenir Book may be obtained by mailing $1.00 to", and then the company address. In addition to covering the movie itself, with lots of images, there are also two pages devoted to Honor Blackman and one page each devoted to Shirley Eaton, Harold Sakata, Nadja Regin, and Tania Mallett. The back cover has two of the door panels on it (the ones that say "JAMES" and "BOND"). This is a really neat item! If anyone knows more about it, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that we have pictured the front cover and several interior 2-page spreads from this program. Condition: good to very good. There are some creases around the edges of the cover with a few scuff marks in solid black areas. Otherwise the program is in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
