Mankiewicz England coast haunted house human-ghost-relationship romantic fantasy melodrama ("The spirit... so willing! The flesh... so weak! The romance... so wonderful!"; "From the novel by R.A. Dick"; about a widow in 1900 who rents a British cottage by the sea, and it is haunted by a long dead sea captain) starring Gene Tierney (in the title role as Lucy Muir), Rex Harrison (in the title role as the ghost, Captain Daniel Gregg), George Sanders, Edna Best, Vanessa Brown, Anna Lee, Robert Coote, Natalie Wood (in an early childhood role), Isobel Elsom, and Victoria Horne NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. Portions of the edges of the poster have slightly darkened, and it has just a few creases and tiny tears along portions of the borders. It has tiny paper loss at the top crossfold, and there is a light diagonal crease at left that slightly affects Tierney's art (but it is not very noticeable or distracting except upon close inspection).
