A Linenbacked Italian Special Poster (measures 15 1/2" x 21 1/2" [39 x 55 cm]) (Learn More)

Bellezze Naturali D'Italia (literally translates to "Natural Beauty of Italy"), the 1951 Italian set of posters featuring art of various sites and locations around Italy. If anyone knows more about this set, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that the poster (which may have been taken out of a book or magazine) has an artist's signature on it, but we cannot read it. If anyone knows the name of this artist, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this poster is linenbacked, and normally we would send linenbacked posters rolled in a tube, but because this is a very small poster, and because rolling it might caused it to have creases, we intend to send it in a flat package instead (however, if the purchaser of this poster also purchases other linen posters, and absolutely wants us to send it rolled with those other linens, we will do so).

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded and had a few tiny tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. After the poster backed, it was slightly roughly handled, and there is now a partial crease running down the right 4", but it is mostly only noticeable in the blank borders, and even then, it is not very distracting.
