Important Added Info: Note that this title card has been trimmed and it now measures 10 3/4" x 13 1/2".

Condition: good to very good. The card has been very neatly trimmed on three, and it now measures 10 3/4" x 13 1/2". Otherwise, the card has just a pinhole in the center of the top border. There is a piece of brown paper tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose.
