Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Jailhouse Rock, the classic 1957 Richard Thorpe rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) crime prison romantic musical ("His first big dramatic singing role!"; about a young man who is sent to prison for manslaughter, and while there he is helped to become a singer/musician by an older convict, and after he is released, he becomes a major rock star!) starring Elvis Presley ("At His Greatest"), Judy Tyler (who sadly died in an auto accident before the release of the film), Mickey Shaughnessy, Dean Jones, Jennifer Holden, and Anne Neyland NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bradshaw Crandell Condition: very good to fine. I hate to use the terms "near mint" or "mint", as posters were not "minted", and virtually all get the most minor of defects from opening and closing them, but this poster is in really about as nice condition as one could hope to find it (and it is entirely unrestored, and there is not a piece of tape or a pinhole anywhere on it!
