An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Style B One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Great Barrier (released in the U.S. as "Silent Barriers"), the 1937 Geoffrey Barkas & Milton Rosmer English train railroad western action melodrama ("Actually filmed amidst the scenic grandeur of the Canadian Rockies"; "Adapted from the story by Alan Sullivan"; about the building of the Canadian Pacific Railway) starring Richard Arlen, Lilli Palmer, Antoinette Cellier, Barry Mackay, Roy Emerton, and J. Farrell MacDonald NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that the style A poster for this movie has a pretty conventional image, but this style B poster has a really wonderful surreal image, with a very rare example of 1930s "beefcake", with art by Fred Kulz, who had done the pre-production art for "Frankenstein" when Bela Lugosi was set to play the title role! Condition: fair to good. The poster has tears and small areas of paper loss scattered down the vertical fold, and the poster is very fragile in those areas. There is also some wear on the folds and in the border. Obviously the poster can be "rescued" through restoration, but bear the above in mind before bidding. Learn More about condition grades
