George Melford's The Light That Failed, the 1923 George Melford silent romantic love triangle artist adventure melodrama ("From Rudyard Kipling's famous novel"; about a Englishman who wants to be an artist, and marry his childhood sweetheart, but he wants experience so he can better paint, and he joins the Army and goes into battle, and is injured, and he returns to London, and finds a streetwalker that he paints, but before he can finish it, he begins to go blind from his war injury, and the streetwalker gets mad at him and slashes his painting, but his sweetheart returns to care for him now that he is blind!) starring Jacqueline Logan, Percy Marmont, David Torrence, Sigrid Holmquist, and Mabel Van Buren

Important Added Info: Note that the vast majority of collectors would assume that this is a title card, but it is not! In the mid to late 1920s, Paramount made many sets of lobby cards where the seven scene cards all LOOK like title cards, but the actual title card is different from the seven scene cards (not too long after this, Paramount abandoned title cards altogether for the most part for the next forty-odd years, instead using a posed portrait of the stars in place of a title card). This scene card is from one of those sets where the scene cards are commonly mistaken for title cards. Please do not bid on it thinking it is a title card, as it is a scene card!

Condition: fine. There is a piece of brown paper tape on the back of the left of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose. Otherwise, the card is completely unrestored, and in excellent condition!
