The Shining, the classic 1980 Stanley Kubrick English/U.S. family relationship insanity horror thriller ("A Masterpiece of Modern Horror"; "Based on the novel by Stephen King"; "Screenplay by Stanley Kubrick & Diane Johnson") starring Jack Nicholson, Shelley Duvall, Danny Lloyd, Scatman Crothers, Barry Nelson, Philip Stone, and Joe Turkel (as Lloyd, the bartender)

Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare "Black and White" presskit that was distributed for the Minneapolis premiere of this classic movie. It has the folder, five supplements (one of which identifies it as a "Black and White" presskit, and has captions for the stills), plus a ticket to the Minneapolis premiere, plus 19 stills (some of which are great candids of Kubrick, and also a great candid of Stephen King, and one of Jack Nicholson!; see our images of all the stills). Also included is an excerpted magazine article called "Why We Crave Horror Movies" by Stephen King, which we did not picture.

Condition: very good. All of the items are in pretty nice condition, except for three of the stills, which have some uneven discoloration. Please see our images of all the stills to see exactly what condition they are in.
