Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned an example of this poster for the black & white version before! While this film was still in continuous first release, a new black & white version was released in January of 2024 in both Japan and the U.S. Also note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Japanese movie! Also note that this is an advance Japanese B1 poster (note the "1.12" at the bottom of the poster). Also note that this is a double-sided poster. From the 1990s on, posters were often made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided. Note that the image on the reverse is a mirror image of the image on the front! Finally, note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall! Condition: good to very good. The poster has some light creases scattered throughout from being tightly rolled at one time. It has a series of small light creases at center and along portions of the left edge. None of the few light creases are very noticeable or distracting when the poster is displayed at a reasonable viewing distance and otherwise it is in pretty nice condition!
