Condition: very good to fine. There is a 1" tear with a tiny bit of paper loss in the right of the bottom blank border, a tiny pinhole in each blank top corner, and a thin line running down the outer edge of the right blank border (it is likely a minor printing defect). Otherwise, the card is in really nice condition! Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
