Created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, she first appeared in Action Comics #1 in June of 1938. Lois is an award-winning journalist for the Metropolis newspaper the Daily Planet and the primary love interest of the superhero Superman and his alter-ego, Clark Kent. In DC continuity, she is also his wife and the mother of their son, Jon Kent, the current Superboy in the DC Universe. Note that the items in this lot are mostly from the 1960s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them. Measurements: each measures approximately 6 3/4" x 10 1/4"Please note that we don't use a "comic guide" grading system, and OUR grading scale is completely different from standard comic book grading. Our "very good" is completely different from a comic book graded "very good". We provide images of the comic book covers, which should allow you to get a sense of the condition of the comics in this bulk lot.
