An Original 1929 Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Die Todesschleife (released in 1929 in the U.S. as "Looping the Loop"), the 1928 Arthur Robison German silent circus big top romantic love triangle melodrama (there is a sad old clown, a beautiful young circus performer, and a handsome acrobat, and it doesn't take a lot of intuition to see who ends up with whom!) starring Werner Krauss (best remembered for playing the title role in The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari; as Botto the clown), Jenny Jugo, Warwick Ward, Gina Manes, and Sig Arno Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned four lobby cards from this movie, and we have only auctioned one example of this card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. There are tiny stains in the top edge of the top blank border and in the right edge of the right blank border. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
