An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Gordon Scott (real name Gordon Merrill Werschkul) was an actor from the 1950s to the 1960s. He was a lifeguard with 19-inch biceps when he was discovered by Sol Lesser and signed to play Tarzan. Some of his movies include: Tarzan's Greatest Adventure, Tarzan the Magnificent, and Tarzan The Lost Safari, and he played strongmen in many Italian sword-and-sandal movies. Scott passed away in 2007 at the age of 80. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Gordon Scott! Also note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
