Edgar Allan Poe's The Mystery of Marie Roget, the 1942 Phil Rosen Universal Paris France crime horror murder mystery thriller (based on the Edgar Allan Poe story; this was Poe's sequel to "Murders in the Rue Morgue", so naturally, Universal tried to make a sequel to their own version of the earlier movie, and they used some of the actors who had appeared in "The Wolf Man" the previous year; this movie concerns the disappearance of a woman and the subsequent murder; one of the highlights of the movie is Maria Ouspenskaya doing much scene stealing as she had in "The Wolf Man") starring Maria Montez (in the title role as Marie Roget), Patric Knowles, Maria Ouspenskaya, John Litel, Edward Norris, Lloyd Corrigan, and Nell O'Day

Condition: good to very good. The card pictured at upper left has some pinholes around the edges and a few minor scuffs. The card pictured at lower left has some creases and pinholes around the edges with some scuffs, and there is a tiny white stain at left, and there are blue marks at lower right. The one at upper right has some scuffing and a few tiny blank border defects.
