Comics, Mad Magazine, and TV Guide illustrator) that is a parody of the classic "Spirit of '76" artwork! Also note that this is "Stlye A", and that there are two other one-sheet syles for this movie. For unknown reasons, this Style A one-sheet is far more rare than the other two styles, and is rarely offered for sale!
