An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Howard Hesseman was a character actor from the 1960s to the 2022. He is best known for his role as Dr. Johnny Fever on TV's "WKRP in Cincinnati". He had the starring role in TV's "Head of the Class", and one of the students was Dan Schneider, who went on to a major career producing teen TV! He was also a member of the improv group "the Committee"! Some of his movies include: Petulia, Billy Jack, Silent Movie, This is Spinal Tap, Amazon Women on the Moon, Man About Town, and Dirty Politics. He passed away in 2022 at the age of 81.
Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Howard Hesseman! Note that the autograph on this item was obtained by a a teacher who taught a film class in the 1970s and 1980s, and he also part-time ran the local movie theater. He wrote to famous celebrities, and enclosed an 8x10 still or repro (or sometimes another item) from his collection, and he wrote a literate personalized letter, talking about his work as a film teacher, and discussing his favorite movie by that star. This is one of the signed photos he received back, and he, and we feel the signature is surely authentic, but he does not have any "Certificates of Authenticity".

As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.

Condition: very good to fine.
