Important Added Info: Note that this was the "deluxe edition with bonus gatefold" (it is an Esquire style fold-out that measures 12" x 24" and is bound into the back of the book; we did not picture it, so you will have to buy the book to see it!). We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.

Condition: very good to fine. The book is in pretty nice condition! The dust jacket is in a protective sleeve.
