The Mysterious Doctor, the 1943 Benjamin Stoloff World War II (WWII) fantasy mystery thriller ("Who is he?"; about an English town with a tin mine that would greatly aid the war effort, but the inhabitants refuse to go into it because of a headless ghost that haunts it, and they have proof, because everyone who goes into the mine is killed; there are cool fantasy sequences with the headless ghost) starring John Loder, Eleanor Parker, Bruce Lester, Lester Matthews, Forrester Harvey, and Matt Willis
