NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that each of the cards has a faint ink stamp at lower right that reads "72-38" over the card's printed NSS number. They were used for a 1972 re-release of this movie, but these ARE original lobby cards from the first release of this movie in 1968 (and printed at lower right is the original NSS number of "68/103"), but they were re-used in 1972 when the movie was re-released. Condition: fair to good. All the cards have a re-release NSS stamp at lower right (see above). Unfortunately the card #3 with the close-up of Dullea has much vertical rippling down the left which was caused by light water staining on the back. There is a little bit on the rest of the card. There is a small tear in the upper right and a pinhole in each corner. The card can certainly be restored, and I went into detail on this card's condition because it is way the most desirable. The card with the astronauts on the moon and the card with Lockwood watching TV has similar rippling scattered throughout. All the cards have a pinholes in each corner and all have varying amounts of of rippling and creases scattered throughout. Bear all of this in mind before bidding on these cards and look at our super-sized images to get a sense of their condition. Learn More about condition grades
