Exploring sex, society and everything else."; "Music by Rod McKuen"; "Adapted from the Novel by Muriel Spark"; "Based on the play by Jay Presson Allen"; about a very unconventional teacher in a 1930s Scottish all-girls school, and the effect she has on her impressionable pupils) starring Maggie Smith (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; in the title role as Jean Brodie), Robert Stephens, Pamela Franklin, Gordon Jackson, and Celia Johnson. Important Added Info: Note that this script is the second draft from January 22, 1968 and the screenplay was written by Jay Presson Allen. Included are four supplements: biographies of Maggie Smith and Robert Stephens from 20th Century-Fox, with five pages of typed notes about those two actors from which the biographies were obviously created. Also included is an 8-page section from Today's Cinema, an English magazine, which has illustrated articles about the movie and a wraparound color cover, with cool different art advertising the movie at a specific English theater. None of these supplements are pictured. Condition: very good. The brads that held the script together are missing, but they are easily replaced.
