An Original Vintage Unfolded English English Double Crown Stage Play Poster (DC; measures 20" x 29 3/4" [51 x 76 cm]) (Learn More)

Pirates of Penzance or The Slave of Duty, the circa 1920 English stage play production (of the most famous Gilbert & Sullivan comedic opera, the one with the song about the "very picture of a modern major general"). The opera was performed for over a century by the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company in Britain and by many other opera companies and repertory companies worldwide. Note that this poster features wonderful artwork from the play.

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few minor blank border defects but overall it is in pretty nice condition!
