An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55" [99 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) Sansone e il Tesoro Degli Incas (released in the U.S. as "Lost Treasure of the Aztecs") the 1964 Piero Pierotti German/Italian Aztec South America fantasy cowboy spaghetti western ("The Wild West... Where desperados slept by day.... Struck by night... Renegades after the fabulous Aztec treasure...") starring Sergio Ciani (billed as "Alan Steel"; in the title role as Sansone/Samson), Mario Petri, Toni Sailer, Anna Maria Polani, Pierre Cressoy, Harry Riebauer, Birgit Heiberg, Wolfgang Lukschy, Dada Gallotti, Umberto Spadaro, Attilio Severini, Antonio Gradoli, Gino Marturano, Carlo Tamberlani, Elisabetta Fanti, Rosy de Leo, Federico Boido, Bruno Scipioni, Andrea Scotti, Franco Iamonte, Giulio Tomei, and Wolfgang Lukschy. We're not sure how the mythological Samson ended up in South America wearing modern day clothes and looking for Aztec treasure, but no doubt the movie explains it! Artist: Renato Casaro Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this partially Italian movie! Note that this poster was folded in half an extra time. If it is purchased by itself (or solely with other posters that were folded an extra time), then it can be sent in one of our standard size mailers. But if it is purchased with posters that were NOT folded an extra time, then it will need to be sent in one of our oversized flat packages. If you solely purchase this poster, we will re-fold it an extra time. Note that it is difficult to accurately date Italian posters, and some unmarked re-release posters can be extremely difficult to distinguish from first releases, so please bear that in mind before you place a bid. We used our best information to date this poster, but we can't always guarantee that the Italian posters we sell are not from an unmarked re-release, but this will only prove to be true in a very tiny number of cases.
