An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Key Book Still (Learn More) The Trumpet Blows, the 1934 Stephen Roberts Mexico bullfighter matador toreador action romantic love triangle melodrama (a very complicated story of a Robin Hood-like Mexican bandit who is assumed dead, but is actually living in a small Mexican town under a different name, and living off his wealth; his younger brother was sent to the U.S. to be educated, but is now returning, and the older brother loves a beautiful dancer, but she falls for the younger brother, causing a giant rift between them; among many subplots, the younger brother becomes a matador, and the big questions of the movie are whether he has the courage to fight a real bull, whether his older brother will risk being revealed by seeing his brother in the ring, and whether the beautiful dancer will end up with the older brother or the younger one!) starring George Raft, Adolphe Menjou, Frances Drake, Sidney Toler, Edward Ellis, and Nydia Westman NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still is a key book still, printed on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock. Many studios spent extra money to have their most special photos, the key book stills, either backed with linen or printed on a heavy paper, both of which enhanced their durability. They had an extra 1" at the left or top, with punch holes, because of how they were stored. Key book stills are far more rare than regular stills, which has increased their popularity among collectors, since only a few keybooks were manufactured per film, and a key book still is guaranteed to be authentic. Someone trimmed away the extra 1" from the top of the still. Note that "(Tent. Title)" appears after the title at the bottom of this still, meaning that they were thinking of changing it, but actually, they did go ahead with the printed title, "The Trumpet Blows". Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
