The Magic Fountain, the 1961 Allan David fantasy melodrama ("Now for the very first time!"; "SEE the magic of Grimm's Fairy Tales come to life!"; "SEE the sword transformed into a snake!"; "SEE the evil prince turned into a raven!"; "SEE 'Otto' the talking owl!"; "SEE the magic fountain!"; "Filmed in Bavaria's Black Forest and King Ludwig's Fabulous Castle!"; based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, "Das Wasser des Lebens" which roughly translates to "The water of the Life"; the "fountain" of the title is a fountain of youth that children are searching for to keep an aged relative from dying!) starring Sir Cedric Hardwick (who also narrates), Hans Conried (as "'Otto' the Owl"), Buddy Baer (as "Big Benjamin"), Peter Nestler (billed as "and introducing Peter Nestler as Prince Alfred"), and Catherine Hansen ("as Princess Kathryn")
