Richard Roundtree was a black African American actor from the 1970s to the 2020s. He is best remembered for playing the lead role in the classic blaxploitation movie "Shaft" and its sequels. Some of his other roles include: Steel, Se7en, and TV's "Generations". He passed away in 2023 at the age of 81.
