NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster is printed on a heavy window card-like stock, and it is guaranteed authentic from when the poster was first created in 1968 (it is not dated, but we know that this is when the election was held). Also note that this was originally consigned to us together with other guaranteed authentic 1940s to 1970s political posters that we were consigned seven years ago! They were acquired by an archive right when they were created, and were stored ever since. We auctioned those posters in 2016, and this one has been reconsigned to us by the person who bought it then. These are the sorts of posters that you can find reproductions of on the Internet, but finding guaranteed originals like these is incredibly difficult (years can go by before these are offered for sale or at auction). Condition: good. There are many scuffs scattered in the black background areas and some in Muskie's hair and ear. The scuffing does not obscure the candidates' features (see our image).
