An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Czechoslovakian Movie Poster (measures 11 1/2" x 16") (Learn More) Le Petit Soldat (released in some English-speaking countries as "The Little Soldier"), the 1963 (released in the U.S. in 1967) Jean-Luc Godard French Algerian War terrorism spy espionage crime thriller ("A drama of political terrorism") starring Anna Karina, Michel Subor, Henri-Jacques Huet, Laszlo Szabo, and Paul Beauvais. Note that this film was originally completed in 1960, but the French censors held up the release of the movie until 1963 until after the Algerian War! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Kaplan Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. Someone wrote the name of the movie on the back of the bottom right of the poster in pen and it somewhat bleeds through to the front. Otherwise, the poster was in nice condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, but the restorer did not address the bleed through described above. Learn More about condition grades
