If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had fine surface paper loss on parts of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this period). It also had many small scuffs scattered down the vertical foldline with a very few on the other folds. There were pinholes in the corners. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. If the new owner did not want the defects to be seen, they could certainly have additional restoration performed, probably without re-backing the poster. Learn More about condition grades
