He will be forever best remembered from TV's "Batman" (in the title role), and he has made many cameo and "guest appearances" in the many years since, including in TV's "Family Guy" (as Mayor Adam West). He passed away in 2017 at the age of 88. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION photo (which has an ad for the 1980 San Diego Comic Con on the back) has been personally autographed (signed) by Adam West! There is an authentication sticker in the bottom right corner of the photo from Beckett, and the number on the sticker can be used to verify the signature(s) on their website. We would imagine this special photo (printed on both sides) was given out at the 1980 San Diego Comic Con, so that people could get Mr. West's autograph on it. Condition: good to very good. There are indentations across the center of the photo, where someone was writing on something that was laying on top of the photo, but it is mostly only noticeable when the photo is tilted to the light, and it is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
