America Exposed, the 1990 Romano Vanderbes (who also wrote and produced the movie) mondo sexploitation pseudo-documentary (with "Music by The Dictators & Chris Burke") featuring Gene Brat, Norman Rose, Seka, and Tim Sullivan.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster contains a partially unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over that area, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual poster does not have that white bar!
