An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Sky Spider, the 1931 Richard Thorpe air mail pilot airplane aviation romantic action adventure melodrama (about three brothers who are air mail pilots, and one of them is shot down because his plane was carrying a lot of money, and another brother goes back up, knowing the crooks will be after him as well!) starring Glenn Tryon, Beryl Mercer, Blanche Mehaffey, Pat O'Malley, John Trent, and Philo McCullough

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the foldlines. There were a few tiny areas of surface paper loss in the bottom of the black border, extending into the blank white bottom border. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did not address the tiny areas of surface paper loss described above. Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
