He is best remembered for his portrayal of the comedic Nazi Colonel Wilhelm Klink in TV's "Hogan's Heroes", and his movies include: Judgment at Nuremberg and The Wrong Man. He passed away in 2000 at the age of 80. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Werner Klemperer! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Condition: very good.
