An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 26 1/2" x 37" [67 x 94 cm]) (Learn More) El Regreso del Monstruo (literally translates to "The Return of the Monster"), the 1959 Joselito Rodriguez Mexican singing science fiction (sci-fi) cowboy western horror thriller (about the Red Fox who battles a monster created by a mad scientist) starring Luis Aguilar (billed as "El Zorro Escarlata"), Tere Velazquez, Jaime Fernandez, Yolanda del Valle and Pascual Garcia Pena. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: fair to good. This Mexican poster is EXTREMELY fragile. Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great, but it might require fairly extensive restoration). Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept how fragile it is, or are willing to pay to have it linenbacked. Some folds are COMPLETELY separated (see our image).
