Be he broke his own heart... when he broke his word of 'honor bright' to a little girl... his tiny daughter he had never seen... until they met in a dream garden!"; an unusual movie for Gary Cooper, because he plays a loser who has a daughter he's never seen, and wants to sell her to the highest bidder and live with beautiful girlfriend Carole Lombard, but when he meets the girl, played by adorable Shirley Temple, he wants to keep her, but he gets involved in a robbery, and he reluctantly gives up the girl to a wealthy woman, who is the woman who owned the jewels they robbed, so that she can have a good life) starring Gary Cooper, Carole Lombard, Shirley Temple, Guy Standing, and Charlotte Granville. Note that Gary Cooper and Carole Lombard were two of the absolute most charismatic male and female stars at the time this movie was made, and yet the movie was "stolen" by their 6 year old co-star, Shirley Temple!
