If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet is rarely offered for sale. We have only auctioned three examples of it in all our years of auctioning. Perhaps the reason this poster is so scarce (aside from it being a heavy stock foil poster, which would be difficult to keep, especially in good condition) is that most of the advance posters created have the Superman logo on them, while this poster does not, and perhaps that accounts for additional rarity. Also, the advance posters have Margot Kidder billed after Christopher Reeve, but the regular posters have her billed alphabetically. Note that this is an advance one-sheet (note the "Coming For Christmas" at the bottom of the poster). Also note that this poster is printed on a much heavier than normal paper stock (we don't know why, but it is nice!). Finally, note that portions of this item are printed on a foil material and is very difficult to accurately photograph, but is quite striking when viewed in person! Also note that foil material scuffs quite easily, and is difficult to find in nice condition. Condition: good. The poster has some creases and faint scuffs scattered throughout the foil area (true of almost every such foil poster). Approximately 5-6" of the left edge was exposed to moisture at one time which has caused portions of that edge to appear "cloudy" (see our image). There are some small indentations at lower right.
