An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded English One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 41 3/4" [71 x 106 cm]) (Learn More)

L'Eventail (released in English-speaking countries as "Ching Chang's Little Fan"), the 1912 French silent Asian comedy short. We could not find anymore about this movie, but based on its title and the image on the only poster we have ever seen, we would love to know more. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Artist: Lucien Charbonnier
Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we were consigned this poster! It is an extremely rare pre-World War II English poster! Virtually no English posters survive from the 1940s or earlier, because during World War II there were many paper shortages resulting in the destruction of almost all pre-World War II posters!

Condition: good. There is water staining and paper loss in the bottom right corner that does not affect the image and also water staining, a tear and tiny paper loss in the middle of the right border that only slightly enters the image. There are a few other stains and darkeningn in the rest of the blank borders and tiny paper loss in the top right corner. The poster was folded in half an extra time. Other than the above it in pretty nice condition and after a realtively simple linenbacking it will display really well.
