Schoedsack Africa New York City giant ape fantasy romantic love triangle adventure horror thriller ("'The most awesome thriller of all time' the one and only"; "Not beast.. Not human.... Not devil.. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card is incredibly rare! It has an image very similar to that of the original six-sheet, and it was made just nine years after the first release. For this re-release, great different images were created for the posters and lobby cards. We have auctioned the one-sheet and lobby cards from this re-release, but never before this window card! Also note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: very good. The window card has darkened slightly. It has water stains in the bottom blank border and some surface paper loss in the left and top blank borders (see our image). It has a 1" crease near the middle of the right border and a 1" crease in the "K" of "KONG". The poster was once attached to a mat with some tape on the back of parts of the borders, but it does not affect the front at all. Other than these defects, the poster is in really nice condition, and it has never had any sort of restoration. Surely, the previous owners of it chose to leave it exactly as it is, because it displays wonderfully as it is in a frame, but the new owner could choose to perform slight restoration to the above defects if one chose. Either way, the new owner of this window card will have a wonderful, very rare poster to display on their wall. Learn More about condition grades
