Delderfield and Michael Pertwee"; about a rich girl girl who falls in love and runs away with a poor mechanic her parents do not approve of; sort of an English version of "It Happened One Night") starring Janette Scott, Vernon Gray, Kay Walsh, Jack Warner, Pamela Brown, David Kossoff, Wilfrid Lawson, Ronald Squire, Sonia Dresdel, Bryan Forbes, Harold Goodwin, Henry Hewitt, and Moultrie Kelsall. Note that Janette Scott is best remembered for her starring role in "Day of the Triffids" in 1963, which was immortalized in the lyrics of the song from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" that says "And I really got hot When I saw Janette Scott fight a triffid that spits poison and kills."
