An Original Vintage Linenbacked Italian Advertising Poster (measures 39 1/2" x 55") (Learn More) Stravei Cora, the 1960 Italian poster advertising Stravei Cora Vermouth with the tagline "Stravedo Per Stravei" ("Crazy About Stravei") and featuring an image of a drinking glass and a bottle of Stravei Cora with line art drawn on and around them indicating that they are on a date with each other in a boat (saying how well they go together!). Note that vermouth is a wine, which over the years came to be used as a "mixer", and in modern terminology it is best remembered as being part of either a regular martini, or a "dry martini" (which uses a dry vermouth). If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded and had the most minor of border defects. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
